Mauro Colagreco opened Mirazur in 2006 in a Menton villa overlooking the Mediterranean, offering a surprise menu in several courses composed according to the harvests from his biodynamic gardens. Three Michelin stars since 2019 — plus a Green Star for environmental commitment — named best restaurant in the world by the World's 50 Best in 2019, B Corp certified: a room of 40–50 covers absorbing one of the most intense demand levels in world gastronomy.
