To book at Frenchie, go online via the Zenchef module on frenchie-ruedunil.com. Slots open on a rolling window roughly 90 days ahead, with two sittings per evening — 7:00–7:30 pm and 9:00–9:30 pm, around 21 covers each. Friday and Saturday evenings three months out sell fast; on weeknights, our data regularly shows availability two to four weeks ahead, especially at the second sitting.
Since 2009, Grégory Marchand's small room on rue du Nil has been one of Paris's most sought-after tables: one Michelin star since 2019, a tasting menu paired with the best ingredient street in the city, and a pocket-bistro atmosphere. Tips to get a table
- The second sitting (9:00–9:30 pm) is noticeably more accessible than the first: if your schedule allows, that is the easiest entry point.
- Book early for weekends (the roughly 90-day window opens continuously, no fixed time to target); for weeknights, slots often remain visible two to three weeks ahead.
- A table for 2 is the most contested format — try a party of 3 or 4 if you can.
- Frenchie Caviste, across the street, takes no reservations and serves a remarkable sharing menu — a reliable backup on rue du Nil if Frenchie is full.
- Set a Le Dernier Couvert alert on your target date: cancellations reappear online immediately and are gone within minutes.
