To book at Épicure, go to SevenRooms (sevenrooms.com/reservations/epicure) or call +33 1 53 43 43 40. No fixed booking window is published; in practice the horizon is two to three months. Midweek lunches are noticeably more accessible — the most realistic entry point.

Set in the heart of Le Bristol on rue du Faubourg-Saint-Honoré, Épicure holds three Michelin stars in a dining room of around 40 covers that opens onto a 1,200 m² French garden — the largest of any palace in Paris. Since May 2024, Arnaud Faye — Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2019 — has succeeded Éric Fréchon after a 25-year tenure, maintaining the three stars and bringing a cuisine firmly rooted in seasonal vegetables and committed producers. Hotel guests receive priority access via the concierge, structurally limiting public availability. Cancellations reappear on SevenRooms as they happen; Le Dernier Couvert monitors these in real time.

Tips to get a table

  1. Open SevenRooms as soon as your date is set and check several times a week: no slot opening is announced at a fixed time, the horizon moves continuously.
  2. Lunches (noon–1:30 pm, Tuesday to Saturday) are noticeably more accessible than dinners, with the 6-course menu available — same level of excellence, and in summer the French garden makes it a moment in its own right.
  3. Call the team directly at +33 1 53 43 43 40, particularly in the morning on the day you want a table: hotel guests sometimes cancel a few hours before service, and those slots may be handled before going back online on SevenRooms.
  4. Request a garden-side table at booking (available approximately May to September): these places are allocated first and do not last long.
  5. If you are staying at Le Bristol, ask the concierge to book on your behalf: hotel guests have access to priority slots. Integrate the table request into your check-in arrangements.
